What we fix
From a cracked screen to a console that stopped putting a picture on the TV. Each repair is explained once, in full, for every counter.
Phone & Tablet Screen Replacement
A cracked screen is the job we do most.
DetailsPhone & Tablet Battery Replacement
If the phone dies at thirty percent, gets hot on the charger or lasts half a day, the cell is worn out, not the software.
DetailsCharging Port Repair
Cable wobbles, only charges at one angle, or stopped charging entirely.
DetailsWater & Liquid Damage Service
Rice does nothing.
DetailsGame Console Repair
Consoles are a real part of what we do, not an afterthought.
DetailsTablet & iPad Repair
Tablet glass is thinner and more awkward than a phone's, which is why kiosk repairs so often come back.
DetailsLaptop & Computer Repair
Slow machines, dead batteries, cracked hinges and keyboards that lost a few keys.
DetailsData Recovery
Photos and messages off a device that will not turn on.
DetailsBy device
What is specific to your phone, tablet or console: models, common faults and what to expect.
iPhone Repair
Every iPhone from the 11 onward comes across our bench, and the same three repairs make up most of the work: screens, batteries and charging ports.
DetailsSamsung Galaxy Repair
Galaxy phones come in three families that repair differently: the S and Note flagships with curved OLED screens, the A series with flat screens and lower part prices, and the folding Z phones.
DetailsGoogle Pixel Repair
Pixels are straightforward phones to repair with two things worth knowing: the fingerprint sensor sits under the screen on most recent models, and a few generations have well-known faults of their own.
DetailsiPad Repair
The iPad line splits cleanly into models with a separate glass-and-digitiser over the display, where a crack is a cheaper repair, and models with a laminated display, where the whole panel is replaced.
DetailsPlayStation Repair
The PS5's HDMI port is the single most common console repair on our bench, and the PS4 is still coming in every week.
DetailsXbox Repair
The Series X and Series S share most of their faults with the previous generation: an HDMI port that stops giving the TV a picture, a drive that stops reading, and a console that runs hot.
DetailsNintendo Switch Repair
The Switch has a short list of faults that come up over and over: drifting Joy-Cons, a charging port that stopped working, a cracked screen and a battery that no longer lasts a journey.
DetailsHow the bench works
Every counter on this site works the same way. You get an exact price before anything is opened, and that price is the price: if a second fault turns up once the device is apart, the counter stops and calls you rather than adding it to the bill. Diagnosis is free, and if a device cannot be fixed there is no repair charge for trying. The work is done on the counter's own bench, by the people you hand the device to; nothing is posted away. Screens and batteries on common phones are usually finished while you shop. Consoles, water damage and board-level work are leave-it-with-us jobs, and the counter tells you the timing before it starts. The service pages below explain each repair in detail, once, for every counter; the device pages cover what is specific to iPhone, Galaxy, Pixel, iPad, PlayStation, Xbox and Nintendo Switch; and each store's own page has its address, hours, directions to the door and the towns it mostly serves.

Questions people ask
How do I find a phone repair shop near me?
Type your ZIP code into the finder on this page. We sort every shop we list by real driving distance from that ZIP and show the closest one first, with its address, opening hours and directions. Your browser can also locate you automatically; the page does that on load, so the list is usually already in the right order.
Do these shops repair game consoles as well as phones?
Yes. Every shop listed here works on phones, tablets and laptops, and takes console work: PlayStation, Xbox and Nintendo, including HDMI ports, disc drives, overheating and cleaning. Console jobs more often need a day or two than a phone screen does.
Do I need an appointment?
No. These are walk-in counters. Calling ahead is still worth it for an unusual model, so the shop can check the part is on the shelf before you drive over.
How much will my repair cost?
Each shop quotes you before anything is opened, and you decide then. Prices are not listed here because they depend on the exact model and what is actually wrong: a cracked outer glass and a dead panel look identical from the outside and cost very different amounts.
Are these shops all the same company?
No. The counters with their own pages here are independently owned iFixandRepair franchise stores. The other shops in the finder are independent businesses we list because we know them. This page exists to point you at the nearest one and let you send it a quote request in one step.
