Consoles at Salem
Consoles are a real part of the Salem bench, not an afterthought. Use the pharmacy entrance, the set of doors on the right as you face the building from the lot, and the counter is straight ahead of you before you reach the main aisles. Parking is the big lot out front, so there is always a space, and there is no ticket, meter or time limit to worry about while a repair is on the bench. Coming from the Massachusetts side, follow Route 28 north through Methuen and the store is on the left shortly after the state line. From Derry, Londonderry or anywhere up I-93, take exit 1 and turn toward Rockingham Park; Tuscan Village and the Mall at Rockingham Park are both within a couple of minutes, which is why most people drop a device with us, finish their errands and come back to collect it working. If you are already inside the store, ask any associate for the phone repair counter by the pharmacy.
